Returns Policy

American Fizz Wholesale is happy to provide a refund or a replacement, at our sole discretion, for any items that are damaged or not fit for purpose. American Fizz Wholesale does not allow returns, refunds or replacements on any goods that are not damaged or faulty. 

American Fizz Wholesale takes great effort to ensure your products arrive to you in an acceptable standard. All orders are carefully packed and photographed before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or is missing products, please take a photo of the order in situ so that we can process a claim with our courier.

We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all cancelled, returned or undeliverable orders. All pre orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Customers returning items from Europe are liable for all shipping costs incurred.

American Fizz may, at it's sole discretion, offer a full or partial discount, or accept a return, as a means to mutually resolve issues that arise. Offers of discount or returns are at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time with our without reason.
