Orders placed on the website are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days however your order may take longer at busy periods e.g Christmas.
All orders for Mainland UK will be delivered by DPD, or sent via the Pallet network - normally the next working day, following time taken to process and dispatch (Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
If the order is over the free delivery minimum you will not be charged for delivery. The free delivery threshold excludes VAT and Sugar Tax.
Orders that exceed 4 or 5 parcels may be sent by pallet at our discretion. Heavy orders will be sent via the Pallet Network.

‘Mainland UK excluding Highlands & Islands’ does not include the Scottish counties: Argyll & Bute, Highlands, Moray, North Ayreshire, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands and the Western Isles. Also excluded are Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. In addition to the above Regions/Counties, the following UK postcode areas are excluded: IM, TR21-25, GY, JE, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44 & ZE.

If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are returned to American Fizz, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less an administrative charge to cover postage, packing and administration. If a delivery is refused - a re-delivery fee will be payable.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If an order is returned as a result of a customer not collecting it from their local sorting office or being available to receive the delivery, then that customer will be charged the normal shipping fee for us to re-dispatch the order, this is the charge applied by DPD and not us.
You are required to check your items thoroughly upon delivery. You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence by email. We will not be able to process any loss or damage claims after this period has elapsed.
