Login Troubleshooting 

We have recently migrated to a brand new website. Some users have reported issues logging in. In order to get this issue resolved, please try the following steps:

  1. Reset your password. Before logging in to our new website, you will need to set a new password.
  2. If you have reset your password, and are still unable to login, please go back to the login page and hold "Ctrl+F5" until the page reloads. You can now attempt to login again.

  3. If you have done a hard refresh and are still unable to login, please clear your browser cache. For instructions on how to clear your cache, please click here.

  4. Is your email address correct? If you think your email may have changed, or was typed incorrectly, please email us and we will update it for you.


If you have tried all of the above steps, and are still unable to login, please contact itsupport@americanfizz.co.uk and include your name, email address and any errors or messages you have seen whilst attempting to login. We will review your email and provide you with support as soon as possible.
